Workshops and lectures of time management seem to belong to the 90s'. From numerous methods of how to manage our time efficiently, we are now moving forward to realize that it is our energies, goals and visions that need to be managed and controlled. Not necessarily our time. We "loose" time. We "charge" energy.
As technology evolves rapidly, we have more and more Apps and significant tools to manage our timetable and day schedule. Yet, the experience is often "making V" on tasks and X on our inner resources' "bank". We do not often evaluate affectively our inner strength, power, and resilience.
How could we better identify our "energy takers"? Who are the people, tasks and places who often "take" our time and best hours? And how could we differentiate between generating our positive resources versus falling into our weaknesses and default choices?
Corona time has already changed a substantial amount of our behavioral and social patterns. The new global situation has encouraged us to question our choices and decision making to new extremes. What is for example the most effective meeting length in the new chaos? Do we fall into blocks of "one hour" sessions or question our needs and necessities differently?
The following interactive lecture, with Dr. Orit Wolf next to her grand piano will allow us to gain an experience, not just content. With 12 concise and provoking tools, alongside fascinating examples, she will enable us to better identify our "givers and takers" and manage energy more effectively. It is with that approach that we would save precious time to our inner goals and visions.
A non-conformist session!
